Shared sign-in for the Jonas sites: one identity, many apps.

Direction

• Central login that client apps (edu, homepage, …) can reuse
• Users and roles live here; each app only asks “who is this?” and applies its own visibility rules
• Public pages stay public; private materials stay gated without advertising what exists

Principles

• One account across apps — no per-site password sprawl
• Each app owns its content policy; auth owns identity and membership

Milestones

• 2026-05 — Shared auth stood up; edu (and later homepage) wired as clients

• More apps register as clients when they need login
• Admin and account UX improve over time without changing the “one login” idea
