Looking back I am not only talented but I also put in the hard work, not just "work smart" not enough
Can do a lot but not doing enough, maybe compared to others its more but compared to my potential its absolute shit
Now is the time to put in the effort, what if I miss chance of getting into quant cause I'm too lazy now
I did a lot and then I feel like I should reward myself with a break or sth, but then mess up. Waste time
I'm getting lazy
Have fun working, work soo hard that the sucess feels rewarding, focus on myself and getting better, dont get distracted by others who just want to take it easy
