Create multiple users for each application on MariaDB to have them separated, never use admin as it will have access to all databases
I can record log files in my.conf
general_log = 1
general_log_file = /var/log/mysql/mysql.log
But I need to make sure to have right file privilages set and that I use something like logroate to compress and move my files. As the logs contain crucial information and saved in plain text.

I answered that it 's OK and that that it's logical, just about different processes
He continued with explaination of why it is important for a company and why big companies need it
Need to improve:
- I already knew everything he was saying -> I did not express myself clearly, my communication is bad so he felt the need to say something
- I need to talk more than the bare minimum, engage more, practice my talking skills. It is not a waste of time
- Find the important / essential points of each topic, give a concise summary, know exactly what and how I am going to say something. My mind needs to be clearer when talking even when I am troubled with other things.

19.2 Risk Control Process Diagrams Meeting
What is the purpose of these diagrams? : (should not be too detailed like an SOP)
- It is to show the investors what kind of risk control mechanisms we have and it also serves as a framework for how SOP or more detailed procedures should be done.
Need to clearly understand each process to be able to determin which control mechanisms are needed and which are superficial and make daily tasks harder. Also to be able to ask different departments and draw the diagrams and know how to prevent certain risks.
Ways to prevent people from doing certain things might be useless added time (prevent pdf from being downloaded to make sure it doesn't leave the company) or need to clearly communicate why (processes that we set up might also be skipped if we even skip it lol)
